Koala Macaroons

These koala macaroons are amazing! At first I thought they’d be too cute to eat, but once I read that they had chocolate ganache and salted caramel inside, I knew I’d have no qualms about biting into their sweet unsuspecting koala faces. They were made by Steph, an incredibly talented food blogger from Sydney, Australia. All of her recipes are photographed and documented on her blog, Raspberri Cupcakes, but I’m not going to pretend that I’ll ever attempt to make these fiddly little macaroons! I consider myself to be a pretty decent cook, but presentation isn’t really my strong point when it comes to food. That’s why I tend to stick to things like stews, curries, tossed salads and loaf cakes.
