We Colonised The Moon

I’ve been working so hard at the moment! As well as carrying on with my internship at Brand Advocate, I now waitress at a nearby gastropub. It’s cushy not having to get the tube or bus to either place, but it still doesn’t detract from the fact that I am working pretty much flat out. Whenever I do have some free time, I’m usually too tired to do anything with it…I’ll spend my time relaxing, being lazy, tidying up, or buying boring stuff that I need.

Tomorrow night will be different though. Tomorrow night, I’m going to the private view of ‘Authentic Goods From a Realistic Future’ at Eb&Flow (before scuttling home to watch Two Broke Girls and inevitably make a lame attempt at getting an early night). The show features the work of Sue Corke & Hagen Betzwieser, who collaborate as ‘We Colonised The Moon’. Their work combines art and science, and is both thought-provoking and visually pleasing. Below are some images from a previous installation that they did.Anyway, I’d better go to bed – it’s 3.22am and I’ve got to be really on the ball tomorrow. Ooops…
